Bio


Richard G. Buch, MD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon and regenerative medicine specialist. He founded The Dallas Limb Restoration Center in Carrollton, Texas, a clinic serving as a national referral center for complex knee, hip, and shoulder treatments.

Dr. Buch, a recognized pioneer in reconstructive orthopedic surgery, has a well-deserved reputation for providing compassionate care. His first concern is the patient’s well-being and providing exceptional care that improves their lives.

After receiving a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago, Dr. Buch completed his residency at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. Then, he relocated to Washington, DC, for fellowship training at George Washington University.

Dr. Buch is a leader in regenerative medicine studies and orthopedic implant design. His expertise is recognized globally, as he regularly lectures around the world as an expert in complex reconstruction. He also serves as the director of a yearly international conference on challenging joint replacements.

His specialties include orthopedic oncology, customized 3D knee replacements, outpatient joint replacements, and treating joint infections.

Dr. Buch provides orthopedic treatment to teens and adults in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. His caring approach and expertise have been recognized by being named one of the top 100 physicians in D Magazine.

He welcomes new and current patients from the region and around the United States and looks forward to helping each person regain optimal health.
